There was a karen who got the police on us and such karen gave the "this is not going to stand in our community" look while they took a couple photos

The following interaction with the police ensued:

Police officer: "Sorry but I have to ask you to leave."
Partner: "Can I ask why?"
Police officer: "You're being asked to move because the owner of the property doesn't want you here, they said you're living out of this vehicle?"
Partner: "What's wrong with living out of a vehicle?"
Police officer: "I'm just doing my job, you were reported as suspicious."
Partner: "Define suspicious. Is it suspicious to live out of a vehicle?"
Police officer: "Their words, not mine. They said you're not normal."
Partner: "Is it suspicious to not be normal?"
Police officer, clearly exasperated that my partner has a point: "Look, this is a privately owned lot and I am just doing what I have to do. When this goes" *prods radio* "I respond. We need you to leave please."
Partner: "Alright, we were planning to leave today anyway. Can you suggest where to?"
Police officer: "Well, there's this truckstop just along the road..."

(We've already been there)

Also the parking lot had 48 hour parking limit signs around it. We had been there less than that.
