I spent some hours tweaking my new #Dasung #Paperlike Color monitor for #Coding.
The main challenge I faced was that I would like to have #FontHinting enabled on my other 2 LCD screens, but not on the #EInk one. Windows #ClearType settings allow different tweaking values per-screen, but don't allow to disable it only for one screen.

I tried #MacType (awesome!), but couldn't get it to ignore Visual Studio.

The solution, in the end, was the #TextSharp #VisualStudio addon: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=SergeyVlasov.TextSharp

Does the sheer number of glyphs in #Arabic therefore, make #fontHinting infeasible from a labour perspective, or is it a software/hardware factor or with modern displays with tiny pixels is it simply less of an issue generally.

Or do we have the wrong perception of the problem?
