Beyond that I’ll keep on keeping on with the usual topicals & orals—and until I see her again in six weeks I’ll stay on the “extra” topicals & orals the PA perscribed for the #folliculitis. Which seem to be working, for although my scalp is visibly inflamed the wretched itchy bumpiness has abated for now.

I went for a walk the other day in a dress when it was hot out, and my thighs were sweating and chafing so badly that I had to walk like a cowboy just off the saddle from a ten-hour ride. My new line of defense is #cephalexin, but its getting a fight, I have to take it for longer periods. When you live in densely populated areas, touching door knobs, elevator buttons, you are bound to catch it. Washing your hands, sanitizing and avoid touching your face is the best you can do, but thats super hard.
