I tuned into #ThisWeekABC and the first topics included the distressing reports coming in re: the #USSAbrahamLincoln, and news of #CreamsicleCaligula changing planes to evade an #Iranian threat (and using his staff & Press as decoys.)
...and I realize neither #FucSnooze nor #MeetTheRepublicans even mentioned either subjects.
Instead, #FnS promoted T**** suggesting HIS Admin dropped the crime rate "last year" (when it was 2024), and #MtP spent the entire show on "Democrats in disarray." 😡

He/They didn't point out it happened during #BIDEN'S final year in office ("ONE year". If it took place under T**** in 2025, it wouldn't include "2024".) 🤬

It was ironic the way #FnS spent the entirely of the show in flag-waving patriotism and calling for UNITY...WHILE... taking every opportunity to attack #Democrats, even asking MD gov Wes Moore "if there's room in his party for #Democrats calling to 'abolish the police, abolishing borders, and abolishing prisons?"
To Moore's credit, he didn't take the bait, but he also didn't call bull$#!+ on the idea those claims were even CLOSE to accurate or substantial in number.

Spkr #CosplayColbert (in that annoying Southern Prep-school voice of his) on #FnS this morning said he's been on the campaign trail "Since the day #Mamdani was elected" warning Americans about the "Communist agenda of these #Democrats. People need to realize; these people are #Marxists."
Mamdani is doing a FANTASTIC job. He balanced the city's budget, instituted free child care, etc...
Johnson may not realize it, but if THAT is "Marxism", he may be selling it to a generation of Millennials.

I shut off #FnS after they brought on The Cryptkeeper Sen. Rick Scott declaring "They [#Iran] have been killing us for 47 years." 🙄
He is, of course, referring to the #IranHostageCrisis in 1979 to justify bombing the country today [47 years later.]
On that basis, expect #DementiaDon to start bombing Germany & Japan again any day now. #JFC

A LOT OF TALK THIS MORNING about calls to "reform" #SCotUS.
Both Rep. Ro Khanna on #FnS and Sen. Corey Booker on #MtP called for "expanding the court" & "term limits" (Khanna went even further, limiting every prez to "2 appointments"… leaving a vacancy to the next prez if they already got their two.) 🤦♂️ 😒
NO NO NO NO.
There IS a way to reform the court w/o resorting to likely unconstitutional modifications sure to be challenged by the #GOP:

She went on to ask him to defend #GrahamPlatner (neither Breem nor Khanna ever mentioning #KenPaxton.)

Energy Sec Chris Wright on #FnS (falsely) claims the "67 ships" that passed through the #StraitOfHormuz yesterday "is pretty close to where it was before the start of the war."
Before #DisasterDon's #Excursion, roughly 150 ships were passing through the Strait every day.

The most ironically named senator in Congress, "Yosemite" John Kennedy, argued on #FnS that we had to attack #Iran NOW without Congressional approval b/c Iran "was reconstituting it's nuclear program" (that was supposedly "obliterated just 8 months ago) and threatening it's neighbors (which it has been doing for 47 years.)
Will SOMEONE explain to these jackholes the meaning of #ImminentThreat?
