    @mfjurbala For stock #NetBSD 9.3 on amd64 it's 1120 MiB for a full installation including X11, 873 MiB without X11 and 276 MiB for a minimal installation (kernel + modules + base + etc).

    Same as @snack, I've used Linux on a single 1.44 MB floppy ages ago. Used it as ISDN router. Distribution was #FLI4L.

    The #QNX demo disk was impressive too back then. Bootable 1.44 MB floppy with GUI and graphical webbrowser!

    Linux für Mobile Endgeräte

    Für jeden Anwendungsfall gibt es ein Linux und eine ganze Reihe habe ich schon ausprobiert. Von fli4l als Router über Puppy-Linux für alte Rechner bis Kubuntu als Desktopsystem. Jetzt habe ich mit Moblin ein Linux speziell für mobile Endgeräte auf meinem Netbook ausprobiert.
