The Malicious Communications Act only applies to electronic or printed communications. The projection of images is clearly outside the scope of the act,
Furthermore, it relates to communications which are wholly indecent in nature. There's plenty indecent about Trump and Epstein, but not that image.
The police were just abducting people and operating entirely outside the law when they did. Fuckers needs suing to maximum force for this abuse of power.
