mean different things to different people, especially corp lawyers and gov’t regulators (all nations).Obfuscation remains core to all #BigTech business models. Millions who wore #Fitbits were unwitting chickens-to-be-plucked of intimate bio #data cuz they ignored ToS/EULA and clicked “OK”.
What I know for sure (before awareness of #BioSurveillance): peeps *loved* their Fitbits!
