@goetz "Selbstverständlich" besteht das Problem immer noch. Ich bin mir auch nach wie vor nicht sicher, ob die #DeutscheGlasfaser #FirstLine #Support tatsächlich an die Technik eskaliert hat. Ich werde nämlich nach wie vor mit dümmlichen E-Mails abgespeist, die mir einfach nur "Puls machen".

Wenn Du mal nach dem Problem googlest wirst Du feststellen, dass das seit Jahren ein Dauerproblem bei der #DG ist. Ist mir absolut unverständlich, wieso man sowas nicht in den Griff kriegen kann... 😡
