When I crafted about 5 years ago, I was making my then mother in law a blanket in colours which would remind her of Australia where she'd just left to come live with us.
Now she's gone back to aus (partly because of the divorce) but I still have the beginnings of this (what would have been) tiny blanket.
I think I'll turn it into a little scarf for my ex for Christmas to remind her of her mum. I'm not sure it will be appreciated though 😂
