Listen, I’m not tired today because I woke up at 3am to watch the live stream of the #FFXIV keynote.

I’m tired today because I watched the entire thing, and it was like three hours long. And by the time it was over the sun was coming up.

new tank class bastion is basically monk but with shields attached to the hands lmao. sounds like a lot of fun to play #ffxiv

Being able to go into dungeons as only two players and fill the rest with chocobos is cool.

But I don't understand why they don't use the trust system and also allow going in with 3 players and fill 1 with a trust.

I need to watch #ffxiv fanfest content, but I woke up with such intense sudden pain in my right calf that I nearly hit the floor. So, my morning is.. not great & going very slow.

Im presently in the recliner.

Thank goodness I have a cane. Leaving my room this morning would have been simply impossible without it.

But, fanfest info! More Nordic stuff, which, clearly, I am quite biased for. :flan_laugh:

Impossible challenge: let's see if they avoided horned helmets & tattoos.

The Dawntrail keynotes made me go feral with excitement because they had a) hrothgals generally, b) Wuk Lamat specifically, and c) pictomancer, which was something I knew a buddy of mine would absolutely plotz over. (And he did.)

Evercold has some cool stuff, but does not make me go feral with excitement, because I'm pretty well done with the oversaturation of nordic-themed fantasy in general, and because it doesn't have Wuk Lamat.

The chocobo overhaul and FF7 raid series catch my interest, tho.
