Hmmmmmm. Switch 2 #FFXIV does require an additional subscription, but that subscription can be discounted by 50% if you have the sub on PC / PS5.... It works out to something like another $8ish/mo (because you have to purchase coins through the Nintendo store...). That's not as bad as I was thinking it'd be.

Concerning that yet another stalking plugin that tracks alts and player location is ripping through the #FFXIV community right now. SE has been actively deleting any mentions of it from their forums. Barely any news outlets are picking it up and the lack of player outrage is equally concerning. SE caused this when they updated the blacklist to give more account information to the client and their hotfix for it last year did not fix the problem that allows for it to happen.

Hm. Honestly expected a little more. Things they said in na they're going to dive deeper into in berlin were barely touched.
Tank was kinda foreseeable, not much of a fan tbh. Like the job fantasy even less than pld. Will look absolutely stupid on lalas, so maybe that makes it fun.
Fuck off ff7 raid. The collab stories have always sucked ass compared to the 14 lore stories and I'd rather see that.
But I had a nice watchparty with friends. -

Being able to go into dungeons as only two players and fill the rest with chocobos is cool.
But I don't understand why they don't use the trust system and also allow going in with 3 players and fill 1 with a trust.
