It's a good scene when he (a self-proclaimed 'heavy' player) actually cries and keeps trying to get away from the dragon tail lighting up his back, shoulders, and nether regions.
As for me, my muscles are warm and loose. My dog is slightly miffed at me for being put in the other room while all the interesting things are happening (it's for your good, doggo).
Top drop is about to consume me in a little bit so I should put in that Fenton's ice cream order toot sweet. (yeah, I know how to spell it in French.)

Me: What happened? I remember feeling like I could get a handle on this whole balance thing a few months ago. But now I just feel like I'm caught in a net, alone.
Therapist: When did you start feeling like this?
Me: Like, early October.
Therapist: So...around the time the war started on Gaza.
[silence]
Me: I...this is the first time I've made that connection.
Therapist: When there's a lot of instability and disaster, leaning hard into work is a way to self-soothe. You're good at work. You can control work. That's your go-to.
Me: [crying] It's not working. I saw a house blown up this week. [I described a horrific video I saw this week]
Therapist: No, it's not working. What do you need?
Me: I need to have a kinky brunch with my kinky girlfriends and beat asses for a few hours. I want to leave some bruises.
Therapist: Then you should absolutely take that. Notice I said *take*. TAKE IT.
