My teenage daughter has been struggling with mental illness, depression, & anger issues. She's on medicine & regularly sees a psychologist & a psychiatrist. Got a call today from her school. The school monitors every keystroke that the kids make on the computers at school. They were alerted to a couple of queries that my daughter made online.

just spent the last four+ days on an organic farm way northeast of SF. i missed all the Resident's Day / 50501 protests but omg. i am so refreshed. i reconnected with my bestie from uni and literally, i physically felt like i was back in my 20-year-old self before i even reached her driveway. it was so so so so needed and beautiful to reconnect with her. i am truly blessed. also pulling carrots out of the ground for hours is so meditative and amazing. what a life.
