@dx Honestly, I forget that ads exist most of the time thanks to #adblock_plus , #ublock_origin , and #fb_purity. (Not that the last gets much of a workout 'cause I almost never look at #facebook)
I'd probably never think to mention the lack of ads because it's only when I've just done a distro upgrade and installed a new unprotected browser that I get a rude reminder that ads are a thing (and depressed because most people don't block them and are just fine with them).
