Really puzzled over the Mercedes position switch towards the end of today’s race.
Kimi was never going to get anywhere near Lando, and was only 4s ahead of George at the finish. A win was never on the cards at this stage of the race.
This feels like favouritism to me. The points gap between the team mates is six points wider than it should be. Kimi didn’t NEED those points, while George did. The team swapped the cars in Kim’s favour.
Sorry Mercedes. Wrong call. ❌

I tend to steer clear of #artists who win awards cos I always suspect #favouritism. So I avoided #EnglishTeacher when they won the #MercuryPrize. That was a mistake. They're really good.
