  26. @TheyOfHIShirts Sorry, I also forgot to say, that we do have LIS people presenting as well as acafans. Part of the idea of #FanLIS is to have both sides talk to one another, and it can be difficult because of the different nomenclatures, so we do try to encourage people to speak plainly in the presentations 😊

  27. @TheyOfHIShirts Hey! This is Ludi, co-founder of @FanLIS! I totally take your point, and as a LIS person, I had to do a lot of reading of the fan studies world before I understood all the vocab too, so I sympathise! Is there anything I can do to help with the CFP, or in general? #FanLIS is absolutely interested with fanworks as documents/texts/outputs of fandom, if you will.
