Ok, this is perfectly useless for me right now, I'm still designing my next factory and this is mostly form instead of function but it's really fun to play with.
EDIT: I Play Bob's and Angel's modpack but the core logic should work in vanilla 2.1 anyway.

Диэдральная группа — это математическое обозначение всех поворотов и отражений правильного многоугольника. Для n ‑стороннего многоугольника всегда существует n возможных поворотов и n отражений, что даёт нам 2 n возможных симметрий. Сочетание любых двух симметрий даёт нам элемент из той же группы, и это превращает её в группу в математическом смысле. Теория групп полезна при разработке игр. Я вспомнил об этом, прочитав девлог Factorio , в котором разработчик рассказал о проблемах, возникших из‑за того, что изначально он забыл учесть все случаи.

My preliminary #shapez2 conclusion after ~25 hours of gameplay: I like it much more than #Factorio (which I played over 400 hrs).
* Machines not costing any resources to build makes it soo much more pleasent to play because you dont have to constantly wait for resources.
* Infinite raw materials and no environmental hazards make the game much more relaxing (no constant worrying about biter attacks or depleted material outposts)1/2

I never messed with the sliders before and decided to do rich resources to ease up on things a bit. I didn't think max sliders gave you THAT much, lol.
This should be fun as I am starting entirely from scratch with no blueprints or even achievements, so it'll be like starting as a newbie.
