📖 Quintino Lopes is the first author of a paper published in Centaurus that contributes "to the history of #ExperimentalPhonetics seen from the perspective of the emergence, development, and impact of the experimental phonetics laboratory operating at the University of #Coimbra, Portugal, from 1936 to 1979, , which was considered by many experts in the mid-20th century as the most advanced in Europe."

A RTP emitiu uma reportagem sobre a homenagem a #ArmandoDeLacerda, o "cientista de falares", que decorreu na Real Academia das Ciências da Suécia, em Estocolmo, num dia em que foi também lançado o livro “Armando de Lacerda: A pioneer of Experimental Phonetics”, de #QuintinoLopes.

O historiador do IHC foi fundamental para redescoberta do papel que o foneticista teve na história da ciência mundial.
