The final scene doesn't work for me. Visually it is poor but more than that. The Doctor says "We're going to put you outside, Salamander. No friends, no safety, nothing. You'll run, but they'll catch up with you" That's a much better ending for him #DoctorWho #EnemyoftheWorld

I don't think we ever really trust Giles Kent (because the Doctor clearly never does) and yet all of his final scenes work well. His level of involvement in events still works as a twist which feels earned #DoctorWho #EnemyoftheWorld
