My latest fermentation experiment, and what a flavor explosion! Kakife, a water kefir with persimmon, fennel, cinnamon, and star anise. Never thought that fennel and star anise would go so well in a drink. I stole this recipe from #weltdermikroben. So simple and a completely different flavor. #persimmons #waterkefir
