  1. @tc_morekindness @Tecumseh There's nothing in common with George Harrison's lyrics. The highly original lyrics Jaana Rinne wrote for the Clifters - both for their original tunes and cover versions - were quite controversial at the time.

The title of the song could be translated as "gesture language", and it's basically a song about infatuation. Much of the lyrics sound like stream of consciousness, with references to the hips of Elvis ("which knew how it works"), french kisses and the poetry of muscles. The part you hear as "sun sun sun" is actually "saa saa saa tuijottaa" - although one word is repeated three times, it can be translated as "you can stare" or "you're allowed to stare".

The Clifters started out with original material in the mid-eighties, but at this point in their career they recorded two albums consisting of cover versions of old 1960s hits, all done in similar fashion. According to Jiri Nikkinen's recent autobiography, they would have liked to concentrate on their original material after the first one, but their record company (co-owned by their lyricist, Jaana Rinne) had other ideas.
