An electronic summons will be considered delivered even if the citizen did not notice it. If it is sent after 5:00 p.m., it will be considered delivered the next working day. The citizen must inform the territorial military office about the reasons for not appearing within 3 days. Valid reasons include natural disasters, illness, and other circumstances that prevented them from personally arriving. Also, the death of a close relative or the close relative of their spouse. #electronicsummons #civ
