As a new member of the European Parliament, I was disappointed to see that some members were excluded from important decisions because they didn't fit into certain groups. This is not what democracy looks like! I believe that we need to put our words into action and make sure that all members have a voice in our decisions.

Here are four concrete proposals that I think would help:

1. Make sure that all members of the parliament have a fair chance to participate in committees and other decision-making bodies.
2. Encourage open and transparent communication among all members, so we can work together effectively.
3. Set clear rules for how decisions are made, so everyone knows what to expect.
4. Make sure that all members have access to the resources they need to do their jobs well.
