    Finally picked up my copy of Anjali #PrasharSavoie "Club Commons. Moving Bodies To Grow Movements In Queer Nightlife And Beyond". After attending Prashar-Savoie presentation at #DC25 last year in Berlin, now looking at the TOC I feel quite excited to read it, as the title appears to be taken seriously …

    (…) the recognition that our work on dancefloors, and queer liberation, is not separate (…) from all fights against oppression. It takes a position: that queer nightlife exists within and alongside systems of power. That may make some uncomfortable. It should. Because our dancefloors don't exist in vacuums.
