Unfortunately, could not get #remedy to connect to #ad, just #ldap. Had issues with #spoon. #dwpc has ad connector, but only for workflow. But where there is a will their is a way

Rocked the dev today. Interfaced #activedirectory groups to #bmc #remedy with a #poweshell script using #ad cli, #dataimport & #surplus. Groups will be used in #dwpc questionnaire. From spec to prod in 6 hours. Expecting 2 spec changes tomorrow. Feels good to empower users.
