CW: Dunedin - low-sensory shopping
Kmart have introduced low-sensory shopping at their Dunedin store, Wednesdays from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
"So lighting will be turned down to 50 percent, the store radio will be turned off and in its place will have low spa music playing."
Spa music? Say what?

NZ media are reporting that Dunedin's Ed Sheeran mural has been "defaced" or "sprayed over".
In reality, someone has politely painted the words "Free Palestine" at the base of the painting, adding a contemporary context.

In 2024 a book was published identifying the 180 most significant Māori-authored works of non-fiction. Books of Mana is a valuable resource for covering Māori authors on Wikipedia, so for Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori, editors in Ōtepoti Dunedin will be improving coverage of authors with articles.
Beginners are welcome, come see what editing is all about. BYO laptop.
