THINK ABOUT THIS:#JFK went to the UN to present photographic evidence that Russia was trying to embed nuclear missiles in Cuba.
The leaders of France & the UK told him they didn't need to see the photos because they trusted him & The United States.
That trust was destroyed when #Dubya invaded #Iraq over imaginary #WMD's, and has only grown worse under #DisasterDon (buddies with Putin, Kim and Erdogan and has threatened the #NATO alliance.)

I was a disillusioned "Republican" when I got into politics as a Ross Perot supporter in 1992.I believed all the warnings of what would happen if Bill Clinton were elected, only to see him create a record economy & balance the budget all while being hunted by the #GOP.
I was now a #Democrat.
But it took George #Dubya Bush to turn me into a Liberal.
I'm hoping #DisasterDon's epic failures will create a new generation of #Democrats.

Yep. My BIL once tried to tell me during the #Obama Administration:"EVERYONE KNOWS the polices of the previous president don't take effect effect until AFTER they leave office" (attempting to blame Bill Clinton for #Dubya's messes, and credit Dubya for Obama's success.)
I replied:
"So CARTER actually deserves the credit for #Reagan's success, and #Reagan deserves the blame for Bush-41's 'failure'?" 🤔
He had no response to that.

I can't help but think back to how #Dubya running in 2000 repeatedly (falsely) claimed:
"If called upon, two entire divisions of our military would have to report, 'Not ready for duty, Sir!'"
Only to then be deployed to Afghanistan just 10 months later. 🤔

#ThisWeekABC brought back their "In Memoriam" segment at the end of the show to recognize those killed in #OrangeJuliusCaesar's unnecessary war-of-choice in #Iran.
Some of you may remember this was how they ended every show during #Dubya's Iraq War over 20 years ago.

One thing I learned during the #Dubya Administration (where #oil went from $27 to $142 before crashing the global economy) was: "Once they know how much you're willing to pay, prices will remain high while they reap the profits."
I uploaded this video to YT 19 years ago. Not only was the economist right, but oil prices hit nearly DOUBLE his worst case scenario, and the resulting Recession was so bad, it was dubbed "The Great Recession".

#IlliterateDon had never heard the word "ramparts" before, so he assumed it was a mistake and changed it to "defending the 𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴" in a speech regarding the American Revolution.

I USED TO COMPARE THE GEORGE #DUBYA BUSH ADMINISTRATION to The Keystone Cops with all their incompetent bumbling and keen ability to be total screw-ups.
They had NOTHING on this bumbling Dumbass Administration.
When #FBI Director Patel publicly revealed there was a plot to attack #ToddlerTrump's #UFC Birthday Bash, he tipped off the attackers that we were onto them, ruining a Secret Service investigation. 🙄

Here in the U.S. back during the 2000 primary, the price of gas jumped 25cents/gal in 4 months and long haul truckers threatened to go on strike.Candidate #Dubya #Bush said he'd tell OPEC to "open the spigot" to reduce gas prices.
7 years later, #oil had gone from $25/barrel to $142 before crashing the global economy.
We are seeing history repeat itself. 🤬

I keep thinking how, after invading #Iraq under false pretenses, and destroying the economy via exploding gas prices, Voters were so angry they elected Obama with a #SuperMajority in the Senate.#Felon47 is TEN TIMES WORSE (at least #Dubya wasn't a flagrant criminal), and yet, despite that, due to all the #GOP #Gerrymandering and #VoterSupression, I'm not confident #Democrats will retake the Senate in November. 😞

In 2003, we were protesting in the streets against a march towards attacking #Iraq in what was clearly a #WarForOil.The #Dubya Administration denied it, but the rest of the world knew better.
TODAY, #OrangeJuliusCaesar quite openly admits he is using the U.S. military (and your loved ones) to die in wars for #oil (even while he tells everyone "We have plenty of oil" and don't need the #StraitOfHormuz.)

While the #Dubya Admin never revealed who "Curveball" was, we did eventually figure out it was exiled Iraqi dissident Ahmed Chalibi... who was later revealed/branded "an Iranian spy" when they "discovered" there were no WMD's.Bush's one & only exit strategy for Iraq was to replace Saddam with Chalibi. But when they discovered they had been duped, that left them with no way out.

TO BE CLEAR, *NO* DEMOCRAT has called for instating "Sharia Law" in any way, shape or form in the United States.
Simply claiming we have is itself a form of spreading anti-Muslim hatred.
It's depressing to think kindly of #Dubya for visiting a mosque after 9/11.

I remember in 2000, long-haul truckers went on strike b/c the cost of diesel rose 20cents/gal to $1.89.Candidate #Dubya said that if he were elected, he'd tell OPEC to "open the spigots".
Then he invaded #Iraq, the price oil went from $28 to $149, and never got close to under $30 again.
Gas prices tripled and the economy crashed b/c no one could afford their "interest only loans" any longer.
...and that's EXACTLY where I see us going again.

Adjectives I'll accept for #Democrats are "gutless" and/or "clueless", but when it comes to the "both sides are the same" nonsense, that belongs in the garbage. 🤦♂️No Democrat has even APPROACHED the levels of criminality, racism, international belligerence, incompetence, or profiteering we've seen from the #Reagan, #Dubya and now #DictatorDon Administrations.
