People are mad for humanoid robots. This is a weird form prejudice that appears mostly in media, whereas yer robot entrepreneurs are actually doing stuff that makes sense.

This is #DublinTechSummit day 2.
There's some basic queuing theory errors happening. Flat white service time is considerably greater than flakey pastry service time. Clients who only require flakey pastry service should have the option of a second queue to increase throughput.

I do want to communicate that the people who are working on this are working their collective butts off on the topic, with research and panel here are experts. But the sponsoring company can just cut that shit off and pull funding. It's down to where the incentives land.

I cannot but think of the phrase "poacher turned gamekeeper" when listening to OpenAI, Meta, AWS policy wonks talking about delivering "responsible AI".
It really sounds like the incumbent platform market makers putting in a fat moat that prevents further platform development by other parties.
This is how Big Software works and how standardization/regulation can allow the Big Cos to create a market and prevent smaller companies from entering by raising the costs to play.
