[K-Agricultural Corporation] Korean Dried Pollack has a crisp, almost toasted texture. Out of the packet, it's chewy & flavorful. It's fish jerky. The main difference between other types of jerky & fish jerky is texture. The unique crispness sets it apart. It can be eaten straight from the packet or reconstituted. I used broth from my soup. The process is quick.
