So my Olympus OM-1 died Friday night at dragoncon at the dino stampede🦖🦖🦖🦖. I brought some film gear that I intended to experiment with - which accidentally became my main cameras. I'm getting the results back from the lab now and the results are mixed 🤔

I promise, I'm not dead. I am absolutely wrecked after running flat out for nearly 6 days working #DragonCon2023 , but not dead. Mostly missing a voice, bone deep exhaustion – but not dead.

My 10 yo did a bit of cosplay at #DragonCon and he was nervous about how his C3PO costume was going to be received. He said he thought it was too "janky" for the photoshoot we were headed to.

As we rounded the corner by the Courtland (nee Sheraton) one guy commented on how cool the costume looked. That helped buoy the kid.

When we arrived, the 501st were fist-bumping him, ribbons were offered.

So I just posted to say thanks.

Some highlights include nearly every Barbie and #Ken seen in the movie including many glorious #WeirdBarbie costumes. #GinAndTonic from the #RegalBeagle was consumed and a sea of red wigs assembled on the steps.
