Today we had another mobile distro in the #DowntownCrossing area in #Boston. By expanding our work, we are seeing how much #gentrification and the carceral system is impacting #houselessness as well how much the for-profit healthcare system impacts substance use. We had a worker donate some turkey (thanks comrade) that was used to hand out sandwiches. 1. I went to the office today, the one in downtown Boston, not the one adjacent to my living room. Enjoyed some free clementines and a lot of solitude.
2. Had lunch with a friend and bought some new boots. I am doing my part to revive downtown.
3. I was not blinded by the oh-so-brilliant sun while walking in Downtown Crossing, but I could not see what I was shooting. See below 😉
