This cartoon is a novelty. It's an unofficial final episode in the 50+ year long Japanese children's TV and movie series "Doraemon".
This episode is unofficial, but it's the preferred ending to the series. It's certainly better liked than two other competing endings.
In one of the other endings, it turns out that Nobita, the human protagonist, is neurodiverse and has imagined the entire series. In the 3rd of the competing endings, Nobita dies. This ending, the Time Paradox story, wraps things up neatly and fills in a gap in the history of the Doraemon Universe.
Two pages from the manga version of the ending story are displayed below:
In these two pages, Nobita discovers that Doraemon has kicked the bucket. However, Doraemon's sister, Doraemi, explains that there are ways to bring him back.
Background:
The Doraemon series is kodomo as opposed to shoujo or shonen. This means that it's for lower grades, both genders, and is intended to teach moral lessons.
Many adults in Asian countries remember the TV series fondly. However, in terms of quality and appeal to older viewers, the movies are more interesting. Some of the later movies rival Disney at its best.
Backstory:
In a Star Trek future, a boy named Sewashi sends his robot cat back to the present day to ensure that his [Sewashi's] ancestor Nobita stops being lazy and becomes wealthy. The wealth is supposed to be passed down through generations to Sewashi. One problem with the plan is that Doraemon is lazy himself.
The screenshot below is a typical Doraemon third-act movie scene. In this scene, Nobita and Doraemon try to prevent an artificial sun from destroying the Earth [while dodging a robot guard at the same time].
I like that particular film, The Secret Gadget Museum, because it features an Old Coder as the villain.

Für das Abschließen von Level 19 bei #wanikani habe ich 43 Tage gebraucht… 😅 Allerdings hatte ich noch einen Backlog von über 250 Vokabeln aus den Leveln 16-18 aufzuarbeiten… jetzt, wo alles aufgeräumt ist, hoffe ich wieder auf 15 Tage pro Level. 不過小叮噹在自己小時候沒有很沉迷，因為爸媽也不給我們太多時間看電視，長大後也就還好。在展覽場裡面可以聽到很多小孩和父母說「我知道這畫面是出自那一集！叭啦叭啦～」心想真的有這麼厲害嗎？雖然沒有到非常熱愛，但還是把能拍的小叮噹模樣全都紀錄下來，雖然大部分的小叮噹我都沒看過。
