One good thing about discover-drawing is that it's low friction.
You just start drawing some lines, follow the shapes, add shading here and there and eventually you may end up with something you like, or worst-case scenario, a page full pretty nothing.
One bad thing about discover-drawing is that, at times it can be hard to answer the question "What did you draw?"

You just start drawing some lines, follow the shapes, add shading here and there and eventually you may end up with something you like, or worst-case scenario, a page full pretty nothing.
