A follow-up: after having a short e-mail conversation with the original author of wx12Ton, I was allowed to put the source code of the predecessor of wx12Ton, called !12Ton, into a GitHub repository: https://github.com/wincentbalin/12Ton. It is a DOS software running in graphic mode.
Also, the author sent his last wx12Ton Windows release and I added it to the wx12Ton repository.

This week in a session of #softwarearchaeology I restored the app wx12Ton, created by Matthias Kleinmann in 2004, which helps you to compose and analyse music using twelve-tone technique (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twelve-tone_technique). The UI is localised for German language too.
The original repository is here: https://web.archive.org/web/20160505135430/http://wx12ton.sourceforge.net/, the current repository is here: https://github.com/wincentbalin/wx12Ton, and the Windows binaries are here: https://github.com/wincentbalin/wx12Ton/releases/download/1.1.0-rc1/wx12Ton.zip.
