Good news if you're thinking about going to @djangoconeurope in Innsbruck by train: the winter timetables are out, and some direct fares are very cheap
Examples I found: Munich ~2h €13, Venice ~5h €16, Zurich ~4h €23, Budapest ~7h €37. Night trains too: Zagreb ~11h €25, Hamburg ~13h €35, Amsterdam ~14h €35.
I got my direct train from Bologna for just €16 on https://www.oebb.at
That makes DjangoCon a lot more accessible, but the cheapest tickets probably won’t last long
