Fox here is Hamilton P. Fox III, is the District of Columbia Disciplinary Counsel, the lead lawyer of the disciplinary arm of the highest (state-analog) court in D.C. They also sue D.C. and that Court, in Federal Court, which is also located in D.C. (This is America's revenge on Ireland/Ireland + UK/GB/England politically/geographically-inspired confusion. Here the DOJ attempts to argue that holding US Government Lawyers to professional standards needs to be declared illegal and unconstitutional. And that's just crazy-pants vitriol from the we-drunk-the-Kool-Aid-so-you-are-not-the-boss-of-us cultists.
Who is their poster child? Former Assistant Attorney General #JeffreyClark (who worked at the time on environmental issues, not election investigations) who made contra-factual efforts to overturn the 2020 election and tried to interfere in the Georgia results and was nearly made the top DOJ attorney before everyone threatened to walk out.
