Just received the prints of my two posters which will be on display at Northumbria University's Digital Civics Exchange next week. I will also be delivering a talk on the same day about my Digital Benefits and Disbenefits research project about access to digitised welfare benefit sysyems in the UK.

One thing I've noticed about #Mastodon is that its users tend to be the opposite of the 'one note' posters on other platforms (which shall not be named). There's a ton of nuance and variety, which is enhanced by the structural focus on person-to-person engagement, rather than making it a platform for broadcasting rhetoric or marketing messages.
