In her post, Orysia Vira reflects her journey towards this goal during her @NFDI4Memory #FAIRData Fellowship at the #DHLab_IEG.Her database of Lviv's street names from 1382 to 1768 is now enabling other researchers to explore the transformations this city underwent over the centuries.

How can we analyse museum collections as data—especially those not designed for analysis? What are the ethical questions around migrants’ material culture? Today at the DEZIM workshop (University of Bielefeld), Sofia Baroncini from the #DHlab_IEG explores these issues. Participants will also dive into the Documentation Centre and Museum of Migration in Germany (DOMID) dataset to address and reflect on these challenges.
