In that previous case, useless cop Detective Detwiler, got called to a noise complaint inside of a building.
Some how he took it upon himself to select a random person outside near the building to investigate and instigated a foot chase for no known reason at all.
Even his police report from the day recounts that he selected this person NOT bc of the noise at all.
He never even made contact with the building he was initially called to for the noise complaint.

So you see Detective Detwiler is THE dirty PA cop who set the latest state Superior Court precedent on what constitutes an illegal pre-textual stop 😂
And this dumbass "detective" is today's star witness on why Luigi's illegal pre-textual stop and all the illegally gathered evidence is actually A-OK. 😅
I don't wanna jinx it... but good god I don't think it takes a rockstar attorney to know how to pull at this thread.
