@GottaLaff I'm no lawyer, but I recall in past govt closure threats, that a govt shutdown does not necessarily slowdown the courts. I wonder if the Dems have considered not voting for cloture, thereby forcing Thune to get rid of the filibuster altogether. GOP wins anyway. BUT if Dems narrowly win the Senate back...they can justify no filibusting and push through a LOT of important stuff. Dangerous gamble, but in some ways, what more can we lose??🤔🤷🏼♀️ #DemocratsInArray

It's great that #Democrats have overwhelmingly come together to support Kamala Harris as candidate for president. Now, to keep up that momentum, one of the best things we can all do is focus on who might be her running mate.
I've heard Newsom, Buttigeig, and Whitmer. But the one that got me most excited was Katie Porter. I would smash that "vote" button so hard!
