I am charging him 30/hr basically - that is low for commercial but it could lead to more #degreaser sodium hydroxide (lye/caustic soda)or zep purple #concrete pretreat to kill organics - sodium percarbonate oxygen bleach - hydrogen peroxide #concrete post treat oxalic acid - not as severe as muriatic acid but brightens/whitens
the pressure washer disc attachment makes a big difference, cleans fast, no lines
you need to mix correct conc and wear ppe -
