  1. After dropping #KDrama #DearM , it's time to start a #CDrama which has had a remarkably high level of consistency in comments about it. I've read very little negativity about #TheFirstFrost so even though it's outside my self-imposed 30 ep limit for #CDramas, I'm going in

  2. Let NO-ONE ever say watching #KDrama is a purely passive act, devoid of crippling ethical/moral dilemmas. #DearM has become too tropey and uncreative to wade all the way through to 12, but I wanna see the end. So if I skip eps 6-11 do I count it as finished, or dropped? That whiny oedipal Danish princeling had it easy!

  3. A very touching yellow umbrella scene in #KDram #DearM had me googling the metaphor (seems a better fit than "trope") and all the hits strengthened my feeling that it's VANISHINGLY rare for the umbrella to be held by the female. Not "never" but definitely "hardly ever" Well done, #DearM

  4. Doing A LOT of FFing in #KDrama #DearM as the couple played by Roh Jeong Eui & Bae Hyeon Song are BOTH annoying me (kudos for selling the roles), but I'm enjoying the friends-to-lovers with Park Hye Soo (who I haven't watched since AoY and LOVING the way the Drama is handling Type 1 diabetes. Pleased it's only 12 episodes too, the tropes would get very wearying if longer

  5. Starting #KDrama #DearM - not sure if if it will stick but the bright palette and light tone are a refreshing change from the darkness of #JDrama #MysteryToIunakare

Looking for a light, fluffy romance, I came across this. It delivered. A college romance heavy on the tropes: 3 couples, love triangles, no real crime, a couple of people to dislike.

The *surprise* was the ML!! This is his acting debut & I would have never known. He's an idol & sang a couple of times - great! I will now look into his music. I wondered why the MDL rating was an 8 - it's all his kPop fans. I have a feeling he'll be one to watch. He played an engineering student, so he didn't have to really go all out with the emotions, but he conveyed it all. I was in tears during the sister's wedding because of him.

It was interesting to learn a bit about cheerleading, college clubs, & becoming a broadcast announcer. Not a standout drama, but a fun watch.
