@emilyenco I'd setup a selfhosted dead man's switch, called Last Signal (nothing to do with Signal the IM app). https://lastsignal.app. All worked, including the mails to see if I was still there, but I never received the final mail (on an another address) with the link to the encrypted final message. So I removed it. Test failed. Email is also not reliable enough for these kind of things I'm afraid.
I don't trust 3rd-party services, so I'm still looking for a self-hosted service.
