  1. Hmmm... if you used a VGAtoRCA or HDMI2RCA adapter, you could probably store data on VHS tapes as a series of large-ish QR codes with a solid colr flashed between as a trigger to a decoder that the next QRcode is coming in for a scan....

    Edit: Actually, the audio channels could be used as extra data or as trigger-codes for the data scanner later...
