I moved... so now I have to update my address everywhere.
I updated it in CVS Caremark, except that I got a text today telling me that they are preparing to ship a medication to my old address.

I had *already* changed my address. Why are they using the old one??

I told the CSR that I want all future shipments to go to my new address because, and I quote that I said in the chat:
"Playing whack-a-mole with medication shipments is not something I want to do."
