You are probably wondering, "How long has Eric been on hold with Xfinity/Comcast?" The answer is 2 hours 55 minutes and counting. But I don't dare hang up and start over tomorrow. Besides, the recording that comes on every 10 seconds or so assures me that my call is important to them.
UPDATE: It was a total of 3 hours 38 minutes. Battery about dead on my phone and computer (and my body). Good night!!!
