🫀 Liver Transplantation for CRLM (Colorectal Cancer Liver Metastasis) Multicenter study (n=82) shows strong survival after LT: 1-, 3-, 5-yr OS = 94%, 73%, 55%.
⚠ Women had 4× higher mortality, driven by right-sided tumors, KRAS mutations & higher liver recurrence.
🔍 Poor prognostic factors: CEA >80, large nodules, pN2 nodes.
