  1. :creeper: #Minecraft prediction:

The sulfur cube from the #ChaosCubed drop was one of the first experiments in a wider physics overhaul for the game. Same with the April Fools' update, and the geysers. And the bouncy beds. And the bouncy shelf mushrooms.

#Mojang will implement more and more kinetic features to the game. They listened to the factory-building-type modded community by introducing more automation and redstone features over the years; it feels like this might be their unique response to the insane success of the #CreateMod and #CreateAeronautics.

The name of the third drop has not been revealed yet. :shh:

Since they're going for short alliterations lately (Tiny Takeover, Chaos Cubed etc.) and the drop contains a forest, I predict this to be called "Windy Woods" or something like that. "Woodland Winds". "Autumnal Ambience", "Foggy Fall", "Dark & Dappled". Whatever floats their boat, really.

And I predict that there's going to be one more physics-based feature revealed in this drop alongside the name.

Perhaps wind mechanics, similar to geysers. A mechanical fan to push and pull entities like in Create would be super overdue in vanilla to replace many awkward water-stream based transportation methods.

Or a new player transport method. Gliders as an early-game elytra alternative would fit vanilla quite well, and it would synergise with both geysers and wind mechanics. :scientist:

It could come along a new figurehead mob for the new Dappled Forest, which they'll probably need for marketing purposes; although they might have decided that these were enough niche mobs as of late and pivot to another type of "mascot" feature like a new item or a tool.

See ya when it's revealed and let's see how it went :awesome:
