This is an emerald wasp.
I wasn't sure what to draw for today, but then zefrank's true facts about parasitic wasps came out and there you go.
The video does contain nightmare fuel, so I've put it in a reply to prevent accidentally clicking it.

While reading up on the critter an article referred to the elaborate appendage as a 'helmet' and now I will do the same. It's not a Ant-Mimicking Treehopper, it's an Ant Helmet Wearing Treehopper 🤣

inspired by the picasso exhibition brit visited during her summer vacancy, she tried to give her very best to draw a painting in his style. the motive was a creepy bear, which offered a beetle to the spectator, and seemed to be caring but which was followed by a sinister shadow.

pola panda visited brit and olaf in their shed. they wanted to play hard rock festival. while brit and pola got lost in their role play and danced wildly, olaf prefered to blow some soap bubbles. but suddenly he heard a strange noise. opening the closet took his breath away when he faced the cicada hiding there like a closet monster.
