Ugh. Trying to work though the Confident Canine course on Fenzi Dog Sports, who for Lemonade Conferences had their stuff together for closed captioning. But...it has faltered it seems. I signed up because I had confidence (ha!) that it would be accessible. Yes, I've sent them an email, but shit yo, it's soooo bad that the panel discussions which have code words to enter for CEU credit, what the CC has isn't what I hear (my hearing is shit), but *neither* are a possible answer.

If you are going to use CC, you *have* to check it before posting the final version. Specialty topics with less common words, and even lots of accents, are not read in correctly.

It's very frustrating to continually have to ask for basic access. I believe it will get fixed, but this shouldn't be on me to find out and report, I am paying for this it shouldn't be on me.
