My lower back pain is spiking this week and I can't even sit or lie down pain-free. After I've only just now been through physiotherapy and seeing the orthopedist several times, but he didn't seem to find anything that's really causing this and basically told me 'it is how it is'.
Am I really gonna live with this pain the rest of my life now, barely being able to lift stuff and bend??? Or are doctors is Germany just really shitty?
